Control unit (standard) for a
Hydraulic dockleveller is a 3-button control with an auto switch. It has a lockable main switch for all-pole shutdown. The functions are controlled by a microprocessor, which enables absolute repition accuracy of the control functions. Therefore we do not need mechanical switches and thus achieve a long service life.
Operation:
The Control unit controls the hydraulic motor and the hydraulic valve with the "HEBEN", "VORFAHREN" and "AUTOTASTER" buttons.
"HEBEN" raises the dockleveller and retracts the feed. The feed is extended by pressing "VORFAHREN". When the button is released, the dockleveller lowers.
The "AUTOTASTER" automatically returns the feed bridge to its initial state.
