Help with the order process

The following points show you the details of the order process step by step. Of course, we are available to answer any questions about your order by phone at +49 (0) 39409 - 914 0 (additional charges on your telephone bill may result depending on your location and calling plan) or by using the contact form.


1. Find the right product!

First select the appropriate category or search for your product using the search bar. When you have found the desired product, you can call it up or add it directly to the shopping cart. On the product page next to the product image you will find the price plus taxes, the delivery time and the inventory. Underneath you can find out about the technical data, scope of delivery and documents of the product.


2. Add product to shopping cart

When you have found the desired product, you can add it to the shopping cart. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart at the top right without obligation. There you can also delete the products from your shopping cart or change the number of products.


3. Buy a product

If you want to buy the product, select the appropriate location in the shipping selection to have the shipping costs calculated according to weight and location, or choose to pick it up yourself. Here you can see the shipping costs listed again. Finally you can go to „Checkout“ to get to the next step.


Shipping: Here you can see your shipping address and the shipping method that you can select and edit. Go to „Continue“ to proceed to payment.


Payment: Here you can see your billing addresss which you can edit again. Next, choose you preferred form of payment. You can choose between Paypal, Invoice, Cash, Advance Payment and Cash on Delivery. Optionally you can add a comment. Last but not least, the General Terms and Conditions need to be confirmed. If everything is correct, press the „Next“ button to confirm you order.


Confirm: All of your details will be shown here again. Please check all details again before submitting your order. You can cancel the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window or by pressing the „Order with costs“-Button.


4. Now it gets personal!

First choose the way you log in. In addition to the usual login as a new customer with a customer account, we also offer access as a guest customer. Access via a customer account offers you the convenience that in the future you will only need an email address and password and your data will be stored.


5. Check your email inbox

You will find a complete overview of your order in your email inbox after a successful order.
