This E-Control for a Hydraulic Dockleveller with Hinged Lip is a 7-Button Control without an auto switch. It has a lockable main switch for all-pole shutdown. The functions are controlled by a microprocessor, which enables absolute repitition accuracy of the control function. Therefore we do not need mechanical switches and thus achieve a long service life.

The Control Unit is mainly used for the following components: Cooldocks, Feed Bridges, Gates, AHB, Airbags (above and below), Wheel Chocks and Traffic Lights


Operation:
The Control Unit controls the Hydraulic Motor and the Hydraulic Valve with the buttons "HEBEN", "VORFAHREN", "AUTOTASTER", "TOR AUF", "TOR HALT", "TOR ZU" and "VERLADUNG BEENDET".
"HEBEN" raises the Dockleveller and retracts the feed. The feed is extended with the "VORFAHREN" key. When the button is released, the Dockleveller lowers.
The button "AUTOTASTER" automatically returns the Feed Bridge to its initial state.
The Gate can be controlled individually using the "TOR AUF", "TOR HALT" and "TOR ZU" buttons.
